Due to an increased demand for our services, we wish to offer our fantastic hatching kits to Wales and are now looking for a fabulous new Incredible Eggs Franchisee to join our team! If you are based in Wales, share our passion for ethical, small-scale poultry breeding and have experience of all things hatching, we'd love to hear from you!

 

Who are we looking for?

Having poultry keeping and breeding experience, with all the necessary infrastructure in place has been an essential element in making each Incredible Eggs branch the success it has become, and our existing branch managers are all experienced small-scale poultry breeders. Therefore, we are interested in those who already keep poultry in an ethical, free-range way, with welfare at the top of their agenda. They will be experienced in all things hatching related, have breeding and rearing facilities in place and a responsible outlet for hatched birds.

They'll also need to be an excellent 'people-person', with great communication skills, who enjoy working with the public and providing a first-rate service. Incredible Eggs has a well-deserved and established reputation for really going the extra mile, and this is a quality anyone joining our team will have in abundance! 

Although this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to own and run their own branch of Incredible Eggs, business experience is not necessarily essential - the successful applicant will receive full on-going training and support from our very experienced and successful franchisors.
